Based in Soho Manhattan, EPIC Commercial Realty ( formerly known as Itzhaki properties ) was founded in September 2013, and is owned by Ido Tzaidi and Sasi Elya, prominent leaders in the New York City commercial real estate industry. Our main focus has been the mid market of developments and investments sales in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
